Sarha is an ethnic fashion brand based in Mumbai, focused on premium sarees for modern Indian women. We are rapidly growing across marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Ajio) and building a strong D2C presence through our website.
We’re looking for a smart, driven Head of E-commerce to help scale both channels strategically.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all online channels marketplaces and D2C. This is a strategic + analytical role where you will work closely with the founders to improve sales, optimise listings, enhance website performance, drive campaigns, and build a strong digital funnel.
This is NOT just a pure operations role.
This is a growth-focused, ownership-driven position.
• Improve catalog hygiene, titles, tags & keywords
• Analyse marketplace sales & identify growth opportunities
• Manage pricing, offers, promotions, and visibility campaigns
• Coordinate Sponsored Ads / Marketplace Advertising
• Improve ranking of key SKUs
• Reduce returns through better catalog planning
• Coordinate with operations team to improve SLA & reduce penalties
• Identify winning products + competitors + trends
• Plan monthly marketplace sale strategies
• Improve website conversion rate (CRO)
• Update product pages, descriptions, images & collections
• Build landing pages for festive/wedding/daily wear drops
• Plan merchandising: homepage banners, collections, grid layout
• Analyse Shopify data: traffic, conversion, bounce, AOV
• Set up & manage email/SMS flows (cart abandon, welcome, win-back)
• Coordinate UGC shoots & integrate content into website + ads
• Identify funnel improvements & implement growth experiments
• Work closely with ads agency to optimise campaigns
• Coordinate creatives, UGC, videos, photoshoots
• Track daily performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
• Suggest data-driven improvements in ads & funnel
• Weekly revenue dashboard (Marketplace + D2C)
• Best-seller & laggard report
• Returns analysis with solutions
• Conversion funnel analysis
• Monthly performance review with founders
• 1–3 years experience in D2C / E-commerce / Marketplaces
• Strong analytical ability,loves numbers, solves problems
• Hands-on with Shopify (mandatory)
• Understanding of Myntra/Amazon/Ajio panels (preferred)
• Knowledge of digital funnels, CRO, landing pages
• Ability to coordinate with agencies & creators
• Ownership mindset someone who wants to grow a brand, not just do tasks
• Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented
• Experience with Klaviyo / Mailchimp / WhatsApp automation
• Basic Canva / creative editing skills
• Understanding of Paid Ads (Meta/Google)
• Experience with ethnic fashion brands
• Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce
• Direct exposure to scaling a fast-growing fashion brand
