Job Description

E-commerce Executive:

To manage the end-to-end backend operations for Sarha’s e-commerce business including inventory updates, coordination with warehousing and logistics teams, ensuring timely order fulfilment, and supporting day-to-day communication between the Surat production unit, warehousing team and online platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Update and monitor inventory across all online sales platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa

 Fashion, Website, etc.)

  •  Ensure stock accuracy and prevent overselling or stock-outs
  •  Work closely with the e-commerce team/agency to manage listings, price changes, and

 promotional updates

  •  Handle order tracking, return/replacement cases, and customer escalations related to

 dispatches

  •  Prepare and maintain weekly reports on sales, inventory, and pending orders
  •  Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and delivery issue resolutions
  •  Assist in packaging instructions and ensuring proper labelling and documentation for

 shipments

  •  All operations related to e-commerce business of Sarha with respect to supply chain,

 logistics and e-commerce team and agencies.

  •  Tracking data and preparing reports related to e-commerce business



B2B Sales Operations:

To support Sarha’s wholesale and B2B sales efforts by assisting in pricing, product cataloging, client coordination, and streamlining backend sales operations to ensure smooth execution of orders and strong relationships with trade partners and also develop and convert new leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize product catalogues and price lists for B2B clients
  • Coordinate with wholesalers and retailers for order follow-ups, dispatch tracking, and payment reminders
  • Manage communication with B2B clients through WhatsApp, calls, or CRM systems
  • Update internal sales trackers and assist in creating performance and sales reports
  • Assist in onboarding new trade partners and sharing brand/product information efficiently



Common Tasks for both the Operations:

  • Liaise with the operations and inventory team (Surat Warehouse) for new SKUs update and also for their shoot status
  • Travel to Surat if needed once or twice in a month for a day trip if needed.
  • Liaise with the production team and weavers in Surat on a need basis.
  • Image Management of Entire SKUs



Skills & Profile:

  • Strong in Excel/Google Sheets and basic inventory tools
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Organized, responsive, and proactive in follow-ups
  • Hard and sincere working attitude and great soft skills
