Job Description

As an experienced E-commerce Manager, your role will involve overseeing various aspects of the company's e-commerce operations to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's goals. - Setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs for the e-commerce division. - Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis. - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on the e-commerce website. - Coordinating with the IT team to optimize the website for performance, security, and user experience. - Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. - Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed. - Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality content that drives traffic and engagement. - Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. - Utilizing data and analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences. - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. - Leading and mentoring the e-commerce team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Providing training and development opportunities to team members. - Evaluating team performance and providing regular feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the textile or apparel industry. - Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and achieving sales targets. - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
