What You’ll Do

• Be Our Digital Storyteller

  : Create eye-catching, fun, and engaging content (videos, graphics, posts) that tells our brand story in a way that feels personal, relatable, and totally shareable.

• Build a Community, Not Just a Following

  : Engage with our followers like they’re your friends—respond to comments, reply to DMs, start conversations, and create interactions that turn casual followers into loyal fans.

• Understand Our Audience

  : Get into the minds of our community and create content that speaks their language, taps into their interests, and adds value to their lives.

• Grow Our Social Presence Organically

  : Use your creativity and a strategic approach to increase organic reach and interaction across our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Track the Vibes

  : Keep a pulse on social trends, memes, challenges, and emerging platforms. Stay ahead of the curve so we’re always creating fresh, relevant content that excites our audience.

• Collaborate Across Teams

  : Work closely with our creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure our social media reflects our brand vision and mission while being on point with our campaigns.

• Play with Data

  : Monitor and analyze social media performance. Let the data guide you, but keep the creativity flowing. We want results, but we also want fun!

• Experience

  : Ideally, you have 2-4 years of social media management experience, but we care more about your creativity, passion, and results than years on a resume.

• Skills

  : Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and a basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
