Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital growth and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SEO, SMM, Content Marketing, PPC, and GTM strategy execution, with proven experience in driving demand generation, brand visibility, and product/service launches in the IT domain.

This role requires a blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for IT products and services.
  • Lead and manage campaigns across SEO, SMM, Content Marketing, PPC, and Email Marketing.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and marketing funnels aligned with sales goals.
  • Oversee campaign planning, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and content strategies.
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to maximize traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.
  • Mentor and guide the digital marketing team to achieve excellence.
  • Provide performance dashboards and GTM impact reports to management.

  • Proven expertise in:

- Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy

- PPC (Pay-Per-Click campaigns)

  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end digital campaigns with measurable results.Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or product launches is preferred.

Pay: ₹476,419.76 - ₹1,791,456.05 per year
