Head of Digital Marketing

Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid)

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to oversee all digital channels and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance
• Oversee digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
• Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and delivering measurable results
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, CRM systems, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of the Singapore and SEA digital marketing landscape is preferred
