Job Description

Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on talent trends in Singapore and SEA
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and university outreach programs
  • Manage recruitment platforms, job postings, and candidate databases (ATS systems)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Singapore and SEA talent markets is preferred
