Head of Digital Marketing

As the International Admissions Officer at Saraswati Group of Colleges in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the institutional brand visibility and student outreach through digital marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance institutional brand visibility and student outreach. - Oversee SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, paid advertising, content strategy, and email marketing. - Manage the institution's website and digital communication channels to ensure updated, engaging, and student-friendly content. - Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and ensure ROI-driven strategies. - Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to design impactful student recruitment campaigns. - Lead and mentor a digital marketing team to achieve strategic goals. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. - 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 23 years in a leadership/managerial role. - Prior experience in universities/colleges/academic institutions will be considered a strong advantage. - Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media strategy, and content marketing. - Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to adapt strategies to evolving digital trends.
