Candidate Requirements:

• B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (with specialization preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching/clinical experience.
• Sound knowledge of nursing concepts, clinical procedures, and pedagogy.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate students in both theory and practice.
• Registration with the respective State Nursing Council (as per norms).
