Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor

• Pay: ₹16000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Job description:

NIMS School of Nursing, located in Wandoor, Malappuram, is hiring Nursing Tutors to join our dedicated academic faculty. We are looking for enthusiastic educators with a passion for teaching and mentoring GNM/ANM nursing students. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical classes for GNM/ANM Nursing students.
• Supervise students during clinical postings and hospital training.
• Prepare lesson plans and academic materials as per INC and KNC guidelines.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and practical work.
• Support the planning and coordination of academic and extracurricular activities.
• Participate in internal assessments, faculty meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing – Mandatory
• M.Sc. Nursing – Preferred / Added advantage
• Licensure:
• Valid registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) or equivalent.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of clinical or teaching experience.
• Freshers with strong academic background are welcome.
