Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Tutor to join our team! As a Nursing Tutor, you will help students excel in their nursing studies by providing personalized guidance, support, and mentorship in various nursing topics. Whether assisting with coursework, exam preparation, or clinical skills, you will play a key role in helping future healthcare professionals succeed in their academic and clinical training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to nursing students at different academic levels.
• Help students understand complex nursing concepts in subjects such as Anatomy & Physiology, Pharmacology, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and more.
• Assist students in developing critical thinking skills and applying theory to real-world clinical scenarios.
• Offer guidance on study strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques.
• Provide feedback on assignments, exams, and clinical performance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest nursing curriculum and trends in the healthcare field.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and clinical practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
• Ability to adapt tutoring style to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,025.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
