Designation: Lab Technician Location : VG Hospital, Coimbatore (Mettupalayam road, Thudiyalur) Education: DMLT or B.Sc MLT Experience: 0 -2 years Job responsibilities: Prepare, label, and analyze biological, chemical, or physical samples. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., microscopes, spectrophotometers, centrifuges). Perform routine tests and experiments following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Record, organize, and interpret data accurately; maintain detailed lab logs and reports. Follow quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures. Assist in research experiments or production processes as directed by senior staff or scientists. Maintain inventory of lab supplies and chemicals; ensure proper storage and handling. Comply with all safety regulations, including wearing PPE, handling hazardous materials, and adhering to chemical hygiene protocols. Support troubleshooting of equipment or experimental issues. Dispose of waste according to environmental and safety guidelines. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person

Designation: Nursing Tutor Location : VG School of Nursing, Coimbatore (Mettupalayam road, Thudiyalur) Education: B.sc Nursing Experience: Minimum 2 years is required Job responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group tutoring in nursing subjects including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, fundamentals of nursing, medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, maternity, mental health, and community health. Clarify complex concepts and reinforce classroom and clinical learning using evidence-based educational methods. Assist students in developing clinical reasoning , problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Review and evaluate students’ learning needs , identify knowledge gaps, and create personalized learning plans. Guide students in preparing for exams , including quizzes, midterms, finals, skills check-offs, and licensure examinations. Demonstrate and review clinical skills , such as assessment techniques, vital signs, medication administration principles, and documentation. Support students with study strategies , time management, and test-taking techniques. Collaborate with faculty and academic staff to align tutoring sessions with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and attendance. Stay current with nursing best practices , educational strategies, and curriculum updates.
