Clarify complex concepts and reinforce classroom and clinical learning using evidence-based educational methods. Assist students in developing clinical reasoning , problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Review and evaluate students’ learning needs , identify knowledge gaps, and create personalized learning plans. Guide students in preparing for exams , including quizzes, midterms, finals, skills check-offs, and licensure examinations. Demonstrate and review clinical skills , such as assessment techniques, vital signs, medication administration principles, and documentation.
