Job Description

Designation: Lab Technician

Location : VG Hospital, Coimbatore (Mettupalayam road, Thudiyalur)

Education: DMLT or B.Sc MLT

Experience: 0 -2 years

Job responsibilities:

Prepare, label, and analyze biological, chemical, or physical samples.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., microscopes, spectrophotometers, centrifuges).
Perform routine tests and experiments following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Record, organize, and interpret data accurately; maintain detailed lab logs and reports.
Follow quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
Assist in research experiments or production processes as directed by senior staff or scientists.
Maintain inventory of lab supplies and chemicals; ensure proper storage and handling.
Comply with all safety regulations, including wearing PPE, handling hazardous materials, and adhering to chemical hygiene protocols.
Support troubleshooting of equipment or experimental issues.
Dispose of waste according to environmental and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
