Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 

    comprehensive marketing and business growth strategies

     aligned with SunCrypto’s short- and long-term goals.
  • Lead and manage the Marketing Team

    , including hiring, mentoring, performance tracking, and ensuring alignment across brand, growth, and communication functions.
  • Lead 

    cross-functional teams

     across marketing, product, compliance, and technology to deliver integrated campaigns and data-backed business decisions.
  • Design and optimize 

    monetization models

    , fee structures, and referral programs to maximize revenue and user lifetime value.
  • Plan and execute 

    Go-to-Market (GTM)

     strategies for new features, listings, and product launches across Spot, Futures, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Oversee 

    brand positioning, public relations, and partnerships

     to build market credibility and strengthen SunCrypto’s brand identity.
  • Manage 

    user acquisition and retention funnels

     through performance marketing, growth hacking, community engagement, and automation.
  • Drive 

    data-driven insights and reporting

    , establishing KPIs and dashboards to monitor marketing ROI, CAC/LTV, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on 

    strategic business expansion

     — identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and regional growth avenues.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns adhere to 

    FIU-IND, PMLA, and advertising guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–8 years of experience

     in business strategy, growth, or marketing roles within 

    Crypto, FinTech, or Stock Brokerage

     sectors.
  • Proven track record of 

    leading cross-functional teams and strategic projects

     with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong 

    analytical, financial modeling, and decision-making skills

     using data insights to drive growth strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in 

    Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline

    .
  • Deep understanding or keen interest in 

    blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and evolving regulatory landscapes

    .
  • Demonstrated experience in 

    designing monetization models

    , referral systems, and fee optimization frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with 

    growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing

    .
  • Exceptional 

    communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

     abilities.
  • Proficiency in 

    Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau

    , or similar analytics platforms for data visualization and performance tracking.
  • Working knowledge of 

    CRM and automation tools

     for campaign execution and retention.
  • Strong grasp of 

    community-driven marketing

     via Telegram, X (Twitter), Discord, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ability to craft and manage 

    public relations, crisis communications, and thought-leadership initiatives
