Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for the Head of Business Development at Solar Plug Consultants. The individual in this role will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing business growth strategies, overseeing market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet goals. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and keeping abreast of industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Proposal Preparation
  • Skills in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Partnership Building
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy sector, particularly solar energy systems, is preferred
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in managing and leading teams is highly desirable
