Company Description Solar Plug Consultant is a new-age solar design and consultancy firm driven by innovation, accuracy, and sustainability. We specialize in delivering optimized solar plant designs, structure layouts, and technical consultancy for rooftop and ground-mounted projects. We’re looking for a Solar Structure Engineer who can design and analyze solar mounting structures, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across diverse project types. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Design and analysis of solar module mounting structures (Rooftop & Ground-mounted). • Perform wind load and structural strength calculations as per IS codes and site conditions. • Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOQ. • Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure design feasibility. • Support in preparing technical documents, drawings, and reports for clients. • Optimize structure designs for material efficiency and cost savings. ⸻ Requirements: • B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. • 2–4 years of experience in solar structure design (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro / Ansys preferred). • Strong understanding of IS 875, IS 800, and relevant design codes. • Knowledge of module layout, structure design, and foundation calculations. • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently. ⸻ What We Offer: • Opportunity to work on diverse solar projects across India. • Exposure to end-to-end solar design and consultancy work. • Collaborative, growth-oriented work culture. • Flexible working hours with work-from-home facility. ⸻ 📧 To Apply: Send your CV & portfolio to [sales@solarplugconsultant.com] with the subject line: “Application – Solar Structure Engineer”
