Reports to: CEO / COO Location: Rajkot (or city of clinic operations) Type: Full-time | On-site Experience: 2–6 years (healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, or corporate BD preferred) ⸻ Role Overview: HYGO Clinic is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head of Growth & Partnerships to lead our outreach, drive patient inflow, and build long-term institutional relationships. This role will act as the growth engine of the clinic—responsible for increasing OPD footfall, converting corporate leads, activating doctor referrals, and ensuring brand visibility across all touchpoints. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Patient Acquisition • Design and execute low-cost, high-impact local marketing strategies (print, WhatsApp, reels, posters, etc.) • Oversee clinic branding, outreach campaigns, and lead generation via digital and offline channels • Coordinate with internal/external content and design resources • formation of Strategy and implementation for Subscription sales 2. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups • Pitch HYGO Care Plans and Health Checkup Packages to local businesses, factories, and schools • Organize on-site or in-clinic checkup camps, HR sessions, and wellness initiatives • Maintain follow-up pipelines for each lead with CRM entries 3. Doctor & Hospital Networking • Liaison with local doctors for referrals and collaborative treatments • Build relationships with nearby hospitals for emergency or surgical referrals via HYGO REFERRAL Network • Track referral source-wise patient inflow and incentivize partners when needed 4. OPD Conversion & Patient Experience • Work with the front desk team to ensure all walk-ins are followed up • Develop internal SOPs for call-backs, WhatsApp engagement, and appointment reminders • Help design patient journey flows that reduce friction and increase repeat visits 5.
