This role will act as the growth engine of the clinic—responsible for increasing OPD footfall, converting corporate leads, activating doctor referrals, and ensuring brand visibility across all touchpoints. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Patient Acquisition • Design and execute low-cost, high-impact local marketing strategies (print, WhatsApp, reels, posters, etc.) • Oversee clinic branding, outreach campaigns, and lead generation via digital and offline channels • Coordinate with internal/external content and design resources • formation of Strategy and implementation for Subscription sales 2. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups • Pitch HYGO Care Plans and Health Checkup Packages to local businesses, factories, and schools • Organize on-site or in-clinic checkup camps, HR sessions, and wellness initiatives • Maintain follow-up pipelines for each lead with CRM entries 3. Doctor & Hospital Networking • Liaison with local doctors for referrals and collaborative treatments • Build relationships with nearby hospitals for emergency or surgical referrals via HYGO REFERRAL Network • Track referral source-wise patient inflow and incentivize partners when needed 4. OPD Conversion & Patient Experience • Work with the front desk team to ensure all walk-ins are followed up • Develop internal SOPs for call-backs, WhatsApp engagement, and appointment reminders • Help design patient journey flows that reduce friction and increase repeat visits 5.
