Urgent Hiring: Senior AI Developer – HYGO AI (On-Site, Rajkot) Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Role Type: Full-Time, On-Site Experience: 3–5+ Years Industry: HealthTech / Artificial Intelligence About the Role HYGO AI is building a unified healthcare AI platform that spans diagnostics, clinical documentation, imaging, and surgical support. We are looking for a Senior AI Developer who can take ownership of the end-to-end development and deployment of production-grade AI systems in a real-world healthcare environment. This role requires a hands-on developer with strong experience in machine learning, LLM/NLP, and image processing, combined with the ability to integrate models into applications and AR systems. Responsibilities AI Development Develop and fine-tune deep learning models for: Medical image segmentation and classification Text-based decision support from structured/unstructured clinical data Voice-to-text and NLP-based EMR automation Predictive analytics using real-world patient data System Integration Deploy AI models using scalable frameworks (Docker, FastAPI, REST APIs) Integrate with: Radiology systems (DICOM/PACS) Clinical apps and EMRs Augmented Reality (AR) platforms and smart devices Build and manage data pipelines for training and inference LLM & NLP Applications Utilize LLMs for clinical reasoning, summarization, and report generation Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and document parsing for healthcare use cases Model Evaluation & Documentation Track performance (accuracy, F1, specificity, explainability) Write internal technical reports, deployment plans, and documentation for regulatory/commercial use Collaborate on grants, investor pitches, and cost-efficiency planning Collaboration Lead junior AI engineers and interns Work with software engineers, clinicians, and product teams for real-world deployment Technical Requirements Strong coding skills in Python, with hands-on experience in: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent NLP/LLM frameworks (HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI APIs) Image processing (SimpleITK, MONAI, Nibabel) Familiarity with: DICOM/PACS, HL7, or FHIR protocols Docker, FastAPI, Flask for deployment Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) or local server optimization Bonus: AR/VR experience (Unity integration or 3D rendering toolkits) Exposure to healthcare datasets or clinical workflows Candidate Profile 3–5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development Versatile across domains: NLP, imaging, and systems integration Prior work in healthcare/medtech preferred Strong ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, research-to-product environment Compensation & Growth Competitive salary based on experience Equity option for high-performing candidates Opportunity to lead India’s most advanced health AI stack from the ground up How to Apply Send your CV, GitHub/portfolio, and a short write-up on your most relevant AI project to: tech@thehygo.com Subject Line: Senior AI Developer – HYGO | Rajkot
