Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview:

Were expanding our team to scale our stealth AI. We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with 12 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in optimizing both the cost and the performance of our AI models powering our app. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and practical experience with production AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain AI models for the app.
• Ensure high data quality through rigorous data sanitization and validation processes.
• Monitor, profile, and tune models and inference pipelines to minimize cost while maximizing performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Analyze production model performance and proactively propose improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 12 years of hands-on experience working as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Experience with data engineering, including building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Proven skills in data preprocessing, cleaning, and large-scale data sanitization.
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for cloud-based ML solutions.

Desirable:

• Experience deploying models at scale (e.g., on AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of privacy, data security, and responsible AI practices.
