Role Overview:

You will be the operational and creative backbone of Ashtag. From client satisfaction to timely delivery, ensuring everything flows with zero friction between clients, founders, and team members.

This is a high-ownership role that blends strategic clarity, team coordination, and creative writing — ideal for someone who is both a systems thinker and a creator.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Coordinate with clients to gather briefs and share delivery updates
• Own ClickUp task follow-ups for writers, editors, and strategists
• Host daily stand-up calls with the team & a workflow sync with the Founder/Project Manager
• Ensure all communication groups (team/client) are up-to-date with status messages
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively

Business Growth Support:

• Execute 1 growth-related task daily with the Founder (sales, campaigns, pitch decks, etc.)
• Attend daily sync with the Founder to align on priorities
• Contribute to strategic business development and internal process improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, operations, or business development roles (agency/startup preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiarity with ClickUp and Google Suite. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable attending client-facing calls and team management syncs
• Bias for clarity, speed, and ownership
