About the Role:

Lead Generation Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Daily scraping of potential leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, Podcasts, YouTube interviews etc.,
• Use smart filters, hashtags, and content cues to identify top-fit business owners.
• Analyse and qualify leads using a structured

  15-point checklist

  .
• Score and tag each lead as

  Hot / Warm / Cold

  based on business maturity and brand potential.
• Enter and update all leads into our

  Google Form tracker

  with custom notes explaining "Why a Fit".
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for feedback, alignment, and lead handover.
• Maintain consistency with

  daily lead targets

  and quality standards.

You’ll be a great fit if you...

• Love internet rabbit holes and are good at spotting high-potential profiles.
• Can tell the difference between a personal brand and a passion project.
• Are familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, start-up media, and YouTube interviews.
• Know how to judge founder credibility based on social presence and content.
• Work well with SOPs, time blocks, and daily systems.
