Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager located in Chennai. You will be responsible for managing the social media presence of our clients, developing and executing content ideas, optimizing social media content, and enhancing engagement. Daily tasks include creating and curating content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams are essential to ensure brand consistency and growth.

What you'll Do

• Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and other platforms
• Spot trends and adapt them into engaging, high-performing content
• Build and engage with communities through comments, DMs, and replies
• Track performance metrics and double down on what works
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and strategists for smooth execution

Who You Are

• Deeply interested in social media and pop culture
• Strong writing skills for captions, carousels, and scripts (English + Tanglish a plus)
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
