Junior Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to support our marketing team in managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, eager to learn, and passionate about digital marketing and social media trends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short videos
• Help with basic graphic design using tools like Canva
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Assist in planning content calendars
• Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement)
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Good written communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Experience managing a personal or business social media page
• Basic knowledge of analytics or social media ads
• Photography or video editing skills
