Business Development Executive – US Staffing

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in the US Staffing / Recruitment industry to help grow our client base across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with hiring managers, and closing staffing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market
• Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Contact and build relationships with US-based clients and hiring managers
• Understand client staffing requirements and propose suitable hiring solutions
• Coordinate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in US Staffing / IT Staffing sales
• Strong knowledge of the US recruitment process and staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with lead generation and account management
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
• Ability to work in US time zones

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Existing US client contacts
• Experience working with MSP/VMS portals
• Knowledge of IT and non-IT staffing
• Proven track record of closing staffing deals
