About the Role:

We’re hiring a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who can execute flawlessly across content publishing, engagement, approvals, and reporting. You’ll be responsible for owning the client’s digital presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook — while following structured SOPs that ensure quality, brand alignment, and performance.


This is not just about posting — it’s about building digital credibility for powerful founders.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Publish reels, carousels, and stories with correct thumbnails, captions, tags, music, and locations

2. Follow client-specific SOPs — send final videos daily for approvals

3. Engage with accounts and comment meaningfully using value-based responses

4. Reply to all comments on client content within 24 hours

5. Track analytics for every post 

6. Work on story strategies for the clients. 

7.Coordinate with writers, editors and the COO to keep the flow aligned with the content calendar


You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...

1. Are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication

2. Have 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency background preferred)

3. Are highly creative, with a strong aesthetic sense and understanding of storytelling

4. Can manage multiple accounts without missing details or deadlines

5. Understand Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, and how to use content tools like Google Sheets and Drive

6. Thrive under structured SOPs, recurring tasks, and time-blocked schedules

7. Love helping brands grow through real content and consistent engagement
