Job Title: Graphic Designer (6 Months – 1 Year Experience) Location: Indore Department: Design Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital design. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across various tools and platforms, turning complex ideas — especially in the fintech domain — into clean, modern, and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities Create digital assets for websites, mobile apps, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure design consistency. Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines. Iterate on feedback to improve visuals and user experience. Prepare design files and export assets for development and publishing. Core Skills Required Design Tools: Proficient in Figma / Adobe XD for UI design and prototyping. Working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator for creative compositions. Experience using Canva for quick creative turnarounds. Familiarity with basic animation tools for motion graphics or UI microinteractions (nice to have). Design Thinking: Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, balance, contrast, color theory, and typography. Ability to translate complex fintech or product ideas into simple, visually coherent designs. Understanding of responsive layouts and web-safe fonts. Open-minded, receptive to feedback, and capable of iterating efficiently. Portfolio Expectations Candidates must submit a portfolio (3–5 projects) showcasing: Website design, app design, or campaign visuals. Consistency and adherence to a design system.
