Job Title: Head of Artist Management (Influencer/Creator)

About the Role:

As the Head of Artist Management at 3 Folks Media, you will lead our talent team in building and managing a diverse portfolio of influencers and creators. You'll oversee all aspects of creator onboarding, relationship management, and campaign execution while developing strategic initiatives to grow our exclusive talent roster. This leadership role requires strong industry connections, excellent management skills, and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of talent managers, providing guidance on creator onboarding, relationship building, and campaign execution

* Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with our agency's vision and client objectives

* Identify, approach, and successfully onboard new creators to our exclusive talent roster

* Establish and maintain relationships with top-tier influencers, talent agencies, and industry stakeholders

* Create standardized processes for creator exclusivity agreements, contract negotiation, and campaign management

* Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of talent management with broader agency operations

* Oversee contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for both talent and the agency

* Identify emerging talent trends and platforms to keep the agency at the forefront of influencer marketing

* Develop talent retention strategies and resolve escalated issues with high-profile creators

* Report on talent team performance metrics and KPIs to senior leadership

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

* 3-4 years of proven experience in talent management, specifically working with influencers and content creators

* Extensive network of industry connections within the influencer and content creator ecosystem

* Strong understanding of talent valuation, contract negotiation, and relationship management

* Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams

* Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships

* Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking for influencer campaigns

* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing trends

* Experience with talent management software, CRM tools, and campaign analytics platforms
