Position: Head of Analytics

Location: Delhi

Working Days: 5 days

Client: SaaS platform for businesses

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company’s analytics vision & roadmap, aligned with business goals and strategy
• Translate high-level business questions into structured analytical problems and lead teams to solve them
• Drive reporting, forecasting, and experimentation frameworks to support growth, product performance, and operational excellence
• Partner with leadership to define and monitor core KPIs and guide strategic planning
• Build and mentor a team of analysts and data storytellers; foster a culture of curiosity, clarity, and impact
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders – including Product, Marketing, Finance, and the Executive team
• Champion data literacy across the organization and influence how data is used to make decisions
• Work with data engineering (or external vendors) to ensure robust infrastructure and reporting pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in data/analytics roles, with at least 4 years leading analytics functions
• Proven experience in a business-focused analytics leadership role, ideally in product-led or customer-centric companies
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, cohort analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and other common analytical methods
• Experience with tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and working knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills – ability to influence non-technical audiences and simplify complexity
• Strong stakeholder management across business functions and senior leadership

Bonus Points For

• Experience building analytics teams from scratch or during rapid scale
• Background in eCommerce, SaaS, Fintech, or Consumer Tech environments
• Exposure to customer journey analytics, LTV/CAC modelling, and marketing attribution
