What you’ll do:

• Lead analytics strategy and execution across functions
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership
• Mentor and grow a high-performing analytics team
• Build frameworks for data governance, quality, and impact

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8 years of analytics experience (startup exposure preferred)
• Strong educational background (IIT/IIM or equivalent)
• Expertise in SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Power BI
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
