We’re looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our Accounts Department and support our commitment to transparency, efficiency, and academic excellence.

Designation: Head of Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts department.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audits.
• Implement systems for efficient fee collection and expense management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership for strategic financial planning.

Requirements:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance, MBA Finance, CA Finance
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounts & finance management (experience in an educational institution preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skill.
