Requisites:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

· 2. Professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA) preferred.

· 3. Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate setting.

· 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· 6. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

3. General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

4. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and budget vs. actual analysis.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

6. Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in Tally

2. Financial statement preparation and analysis.

3. Accounts payable and receivable management.

4. General ledger maintenance and reconciliation.

5. Financial modeling and forecasting.

6. Compliance and regulatory knowledge.

7. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
