Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, MIS reports and profit & loss reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor and improve internal controls to enhance financial integrity.
• Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist in financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• M.Com, MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
