BondbloX is a multi-award-winning Singapore based fixed income-focused fintech that launched the world’s first fractional bond exchange – BondbloX Bond Exchange (“BBX”). About the role

You will be based in Hyderabad and have matrix reporting lines; functionally into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Singapore, and locally to the Co-Founder.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the month end closing process including analytical review and timely reporting
• Maintain oversight of consolidation process through analytical review
• Perform all Finance Operations activities including Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, ESOP accounting, and cashflow management
• Review Singapore GST reporting and Tax reporting
• Perform annual FATCA and CRS reporting
• Perform daily and monthly Regulatory reporting
• Take ownership of monitoring and reporting of all client billing
• Track claims for the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) accredited trainings
• Maintain good relationships with external Accountants and Auditors
• Assist the Business to perform ad hoc analysis

What are we looking for?

• The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/business/economic
• Professional qualification from a recognised professional accountancy body, CA
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to address problems and initiatives
• Comfortable with remote reporting lines
• A desire to learn new things within an ever-changing and innovative environment
• Self-driven and self-starter who takes initiative and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines
• Team player with a proactive can-do attitude
• Strong sense of ownership
• Experience working in a Regulated Financial Institution or FinTech will be an advantage
• Experience working with Xero would be an advantage
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant working experience
