Role & responsibilities

• Lead generation, strategies specifically targeted at scalable CaaS opportunities.
• Implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for CaaS offerings across India.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with large industrial and commercial clients, government agencies, consultants, Real-estate development agencies in cooling domains.
• Develop tailored energy and cooling solutions based on client needs, technical requirements, and strategic objectives.
• Lead contract structuring and negotiations for CaaS projects, ensuring commercial viability and risk mitigation.
• Own and drive the Business targets, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Conduct marketing outreach programme for awareness on CaaS, through advocacy, seminars, LinkedIn campaigns etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) coupled with a Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, or related field (Electrical/Power Engineering/ Mechanical / Renewable Energy).
• Minimum of 12-15 years of successful experience in the infrastructure sectors – focused on HVAC, Data Center, Industrial Cooling.
• Should have working experience in with MEP (Mech. Electrical and Plumbing), FMS (Facility Management Services).
• Deep understanding of the EaaS business model, particularly in the industrial IOT, Building Codes, Data Analytics, Cooling, and related domains.
• Experience in Indian market along with competitor analysis for B2B and Government Clients.
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as work independently.
