AI/ML Gen AI Lead

Job Description

Role & responsibilities AI/ML Development: Build and optimize models using TensorFlow, PyTorch for tasks across text, image, voice, and video. Agentic AI: Create autonomous agents using ReAct, AutoGPT, and LangChain with task orchestration and governance. Multimodal Analytics: Apply deep learning for insights from images, video, voice, and text using CNNs and NLP. Cloud Deployment: Use AWS, Azure, and tools like SageMaker for scalable model deployment and integration. Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with teams, track performance, document work, and adopt latest AI/ML practices. Preferred candidate profile Experience:7-9 years in AI/ML with hands-on work in deep learning, LLMs, Generative AI, and deploying models to production. Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and various learning techniques (supervised to reinforcement). Agentic AI & NLP: Skilled in Lang Chain, AutoGen, ReAct, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and API/tool integration. Cloud & Deployment: Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and secure, scalable AI deployments. Education & Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills; degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
