Job Description

Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Head - BD EV Charging (South) at Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited in Bengaluru.

Key Deliverables-

Managing team of Sales & Service Managers in the assigned region
Building relationships with the key stakeholders
Managing the escalations with customers and partners
Preparing and refining pitch presentations, proposal templates, others sales and marketing collaterals
Establishing & monitoring key sales processes and their implementations
Regular reporting to management on the sales performance

Partnership

Manage Partnership pipeline - location partners/ franchisees for regions
Manage stakeholders with strategic Accounts Management for Corporate clients, Fleets, Realty Players

Sales

Build & Manage strategic sales pipeline with the key enterprise clients/Partners (Fleet Operators, Realty Players, Corporates)
Ensure achievement of targeted Sales order booking
Ensure preparation and submission of regular national sales, service and partnership MIS

Service

Monitor & ensure timely closure of service delivery for signed partnerships
Ensuring smooth supply chain management Installation & Maintenance requests through OEM/Implementation partners. Managing escalations.
Ensure compliance of SLAs & Quality across regions

Qualifications-

MBA + BE/B.Tech - Preferably Electrical
MBA - Marketing/Finance
Knowledge of local language is a must (Kannada)
Prior experience of enterprise sales and business development
Direct Sale exposure in EV charging
Experience of handling teams
