Creating annual marketing plans and budgets for ATL, BTL, digital, and e-commerce initiatives.
Leading market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
Collaborating with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for integrated planning.
Building and strengthening brand identity, positioning, and communication.
Managing full brand lifecycle: launches, relaunches, category expansion, and packaging updates.
Overseeing creative development, media planning, and campaign performance.
Ensuring consistent brand messaging across offline and online platforms.
Planning and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, SEM, display, video).
Managing agency partners for content creation, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Driving consumer engagement strategies across social and digital channels.
Tracking KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and lead quality.
Developing and implementing e-commerce strategy across platforms including:
Optimizing product listings, pricing, content, and visibility on marketplaces.
Monitoring inventory, demand planning, and logistics coordination with supply chain teams.
Improve conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases.
Ensuring best-in-class catalog management, product uploads, and keyword optimization.
Managing platform campaigns, promotions, paid ads, and event participation (Prime Day, BBD, etc.).
Tracking platform scorecards and compliance metrics (SLA, ratings, reviews).
Using analytics tools to track online sales trends, consumer behaviour, and funnel metrics.
Working with Sales teams to align trade promotions with online campaigns.
Ensuring consistent brand experience across offline retail and e-commerce.
Developing customer activation plans, POSM, and channel promotions.
Leading and mentoring the marketing and e-commerce teams.
Managing relationships with creative, digital, and e-commerce partner agencies.
Coordinating with platform account managers for growth and visibility.
8to 15+ years experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 3–5 years in e-commerce or digital leadership roles.
