Job Description

## Acclaim Consultants is looking for Head Leasing (Female candidate only) for an Esteemed client in Commercial Real Estate

Head / GM – Leasing & Occupancy Management

Location:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute leasing strategy across assets (new & renewals).
Build strong tenant and broker network; drive leasing pipeline and occupancy targets.
Lead lease negotiations, deal structuring, documentation, and commercial terms.
Oversee tenant onboarding, fit-outs, renewals, and asset performance.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and operations for deal execution.
Lead and mentor leasing team; drive KPIs and performance culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, lease governance, and risk management.

Required Profile:

Bachelor’s in Business / Real Estate / Finance; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in corporate leasing, deal structuring, and negotiations.
Strong market network (Delhi NCR, preferably pan-India).
Expertise in occupancy yield, rent benchmarking, and financial modelling.
Leadership experience with team building and stakeholder management skills.
High commercial acumen, integrity, and strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in coworking / managed office / build-to-suit leasing.
Strong communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; CRM / leasing tools a plus.
