Head Leasing

As a Head Leasing at Xsio Logistics Parks, located in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be overseeing the leasing and marketing activities of the logistics park. You will be tasked with ensuring that occupancy targets are met and developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your key tasks will include negotiating lease agreements, conducting market analysis, creating strategic leasing plans, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will be preparing and presenting leasing reports to senior management.
