About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Liaisoning Officer to manage statutory approvals, regulatory coordination, and compliance for XSIO’s large-scale industrial and logistics park developments in Maharashtra. The role requires strong relationships with government authorities and expertise in CDCPR 2023, UDCPR, and other planning frameworks to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Coordination & Compliance
• Ensure all master plans and designs comply with CDCPR 2023, UDCPR, DCPR 2034, MIDC norms, and other applicable regulations.
• Liaise with statutory authorities including MIDC, MMRDA, PMRDA, NMMC, BMC, CIDCO, MPCB, SEIAA, MoEFCC, and other relevant government bodies for approvals (LOI, IOD, CC, OC, Environmental Clearance, etc.).
• Track and interpret regulatory changes and communicate implications to internal stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare and manage all statutory documentation, including FSI/FSR computations, area statements, and compliance checklists.
• Maintain updated records of clearances, submissions, and compliance status with government bodies.
• Generate periodic MIS dashboards and compliance reports for senior management.
Internal & External Coordination
• Act as the central liaison between architects, consultants, legal teams, planning teams, and external liaisoning consultants.
• Ensure timely responses to queries, objections, and compliance requirements raised by authorities.
• Monitor approval workflows, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues where required.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture/Civil with extensive experience.
• 10–15 years of experience in liaisoning with municipal and state-level authorities in Maharashtra.
• Strong knowledge of UDCPR, CDCPR 2023, DCPR 2034, and MIDC regulations.
• Proven track record in industrial, logistics, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (MIS), and documentation/reporting tools.

Preferred Attributes
• Well-established network with MIDC, MMRDA, PMRDA, NMMC, BMC, CIDCO, MPCB, SEIAA, and other authorities.
• Ability to interpret regulations, advise internal teams, and pre-empt compliance risks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across Mumbai & Pune.
