Role Overview: You should have a strong background in Human Resources with experience in organizations that prioritize people development and communication. Your experience should cover various HR functions such as recruitment, training, organizational development, manpower planning, appraisals, and management development. A global perspective and exposure to modern HR practices are essential for this role. You should be a top performer with strong leadership abilities to guide and challenge the organization on strategic issues. Key Responsibilities: - Help the team understand the impact of their actions on HR-related issues and provide insights on trends and topics. - Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring process compliance and documentation. - Develop and implement HR tools and interventions for different segments of the organization. - Lead HR strategy development aligned with the overall organizational strategy. - Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, including building a strong pipeline and maintaining recruitment databases. - Develop programs, policies, and processes to enhance HR service delivery and employee engagement. - Lead learning and development efforts within the institution to ensure skill development and growth. - Design compensation strategies and mechanisms to drive performance and retention. - Proactively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and conduct in line with Neev values. - Act in accordance with Neev's values, policies, and procedures, ensuring staff compliance. Qualifications Required: - High-quality academic background with a degree in management specializing in HR from a premier institute. - Ability to diagnose the organization's effectiveness using various methodologies. - Strong adaptability, business partnership, and HR measurement skills. - Broad business understanding, organizational consulting skills, and analytical capabilities. - Familiarity with HR, local labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - High social intelligence, change management skills, emotional intelligence, and project management capabilities. - Ability to manage multiple work streams with different priorities and stakeholders effectively.
