As a Training & Development professional at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for developing training curriculum, selecting delivery mechanisms, delivering training, and monitoring training effectiveness for both the general workforce and targeted technical areas. Your role will involve Discipline-specific professional and process/tool knowledge training, as well as Discipline-specific competency training. Additionally, you will provide Non-Technical Training on general workplace standards, processes, tools, skills, competencies, leadership, and management development. You may also develop training curriculum/materials and oversee vendors for training content.
