As a People Partnerships Lead, your responsibilities will include coaching management and employees on development and career planning, facilitating talent management activities, leveraging data for actionable insights, understanding business dynamics and industry trends, locally delivering core People Experience programs, partnering in change management initiatives, and being a collaborative team player. Your qualifications should include a Masters degree in a relevant field, 5-8 years of HRBP/People partner experience, proven expertise in managing HR programs, analytical mindset, change management skills, project management experience, knowledge of local employment law, and a passion for driving transformation and fostering healthy organizations.
