Job Summary: We at Safiya Holidays Kochi , is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, tailoring travel itineraries to meet clients' needs, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Travel Planning: Create customized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, hotels, and activities. 2. Client Consultation: Understand clients' travel preferences, budget, and requirements to provide personalized recommendations. 3. Sales Management: Interacting with potential clients manage bookings, reservations, and hotels, and other travel-related services. 4. Travel Documentation: Prepare and provide travel documents, such as itineraries, tickets, and hotel confirmations. 5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client queries, and resolve issues. 6. Travel Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and suppliers. Requirements: 1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a consultancy role. 2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of travel products, including flights, hotels, and activities. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 4. Certifications: Travel-related certifications, such as IATA or equivalent, are desirable.
