Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visa Officer to join our team at Safiya Holidays. The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge of worldwide visa processes and be responsible for managing and processing visa applications for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and process visa applications for clients traveling to various countries worldwide

- Provide expert advice and guidance on visa requirements and regulations

- Review and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness

- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other authorities to obtain visas

- Stay up-to-date with changing visa regulations and requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with embassy and consulate officials

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to their queries and concerns

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of visa applications

- Maintain accurate records and reports on visa applications and outcomes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, law, business)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing and management

- Extensive working knowledge of worldwide visa processes and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (preferably Arabic or a European language)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in travel and tourism or a related field

- Experience working with international clients and travel agencies

- Knowledge of Middle Eastern and Asian markets

- Proficiency in visa processing software and systems
