About the Role

Statements of Purpose (SOPs)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa filing for multiple destinations.
• Collect, review, and verify all student documents for compliance.
• Complete online visa forms (UKVI, IRCC, DHA, DS-160, etc.) accurately.
• Draft and refine

  high-quality Statements of Purpose (SOPs)

  tailored to each student’s profile.
• Guide students throughout the visa process, addressing queries and timelines.
• Conduct quality checks to minimise errors and improve approval rates.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and VFS centres as required.
• Maintain and update all records, reports, and CRM entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in student visa filing or study abroad consulting.

• Strong expertise in writing SOPs, personal statements, and supporting documents.

• Knowledge of country-specific visa regulations (UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe).
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online visa portals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAS, SDS/Non-SDS, GTE, I20, Schengen, DS-160 procedures.
• Familiarity with financial documentation and visa compliance checks.
• Prior experience in education consulting or the study-abroad industry.
