Role Overview: As a Visa Consultant - Sales at Rayna Tours and Travels, your main responsibility will be to assist clients with immigration services, process visa applications, and provide expert consultation on travel-related matters. Your success in this role will rely on your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Provide consultation and complete visa application services for clients - Handle immigration-related inquiries in a professional and accurate manner - Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements - Establish rapport with clients and offer personalized travel and visa solutions - Maintain accurate records and ensure the correctness of client documents and information - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service quality Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field - Freshers or individuals with at least 1 year of experience in International Visa - Strong knowledge of visa application processes and immigration regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to delivering top-tier service - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using relevant software tools for documentation and communication Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in English and Hindi - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - High level of motivation, energy, and a goal-driven attitude - Collaborative team player with a flexible and positive approach Company Description: Rayna Tours and Travels, an ISO-certified company established in 2006, is a leading tour operator in the UAE.
