Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Assistant Manager – Holiday Packages to join our B2C Travel team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating and selling customized domestic and international travel packages, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth through effective sales and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins regarding domestic and international travel packages. Design tailor-made itineraries aligned with client preferences, interests, and budgets. Liaise with hotels, suppliers, and DMCs to secure competitive rates and ensure quality services. Prepare and share personalized quotations, handle negotiations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless documentation, visa support, and post-sale services. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance overall team performance. Build and nurture strong client relationships to promote repeat and referral business. Monitor individual sales performance, maintain up-to-date MIS reports, and work consistently to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination knowledge, and competitor offerings to enhance product knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in B2C holiday package sales. In-depth knowledge of key domestic and international destinations. Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
