Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Visa Officer. The Visa Officer will be responsible for managing visa-related tasks, addressing immigration issues, providing excellent customer service, and assisting clients throughout their visa application processes. Daily tasks include processing applications, reviewing documentation, managing compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in visas and immigration-related matters, including documentation and compliance
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
• Previous experience as a Visa Officer or in a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; additional certifications in immigration services are an advantage
