Position : Senior Manager / Head – Finance & Accounts

Location: Zaheerabad (Telangana) & Belgaum (Karnataka)

Base: Zaheerabad, Telangana

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic finance professional with 15–20 years of

expertise in Finance & Accounts, including direct and indirect taxation. The incumbent

will oversee and manage all finance and accounting functions at our Zaheerabad and

Belgaum units and must be willing to travel frequently between both locations.

Based at : Zaheerabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

 Prepare Financial Statements, and Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly MIS for

management review.

 Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.

 Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, statutory requirements, and

internal company policies.

 Maintain Cost Records and prepare Project-wise Profit & Loss Statements.

Audit & Compliance

 Handle all audits including Statutory Audit, Income Tax Audit, GST Audit, Cost

Audit, and other regulatory audits.

 Ensure correct and timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.

 Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

Accounts Management

 Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and related

financial reporting.

 Manage month-end closing activities: collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting

financial data.

 Ensure timely and accurate GL reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer

reconciliation, and ageing analysis of receivables & payables.

Internal Controls, Risk & Inventory

 Strengthen and ensure adherence to the Internal Financial Control Framework.

 Identify and communicate potential risks in financial reporting, AR, and AP

processes.

 Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with financial records.

Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work closely with Project Management, Procurement, Production, and other

departments for financial data accuracy.

 Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and support operational teams.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis

 Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

 Conduct detailed variance analysis between budgeted and actual results, providing

actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

 Monitor project-wise financial performance and highlight deviations.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

 Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and compliance with

all relevant tax rules.

 Handle GST audits, tax reconciliations, and related documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Educational Qualification:

o B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter

 Professional Skills:

o Strong financial acumen, analytical ability, and attention to detail

o Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Ability to interact clearly and confidently with Management

 Industry Experience:

o 15–20 years of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry is

essential

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,472,302.60 per year
